  • Notes to parents
  • The school will not achieve its objective of imparting quality education unless parents extend their full cooperation.
  • The early years of a child are the most formative ones, and both teachers and parents must work together to cultivate healthy habits and disciplined attitudes.
  • Parents should assist their children with small tasks at home to help them learn at school without fear.
  • Ensure children bring the required books and exercise books daily, properly covered with brown paper, with their name, class, and subject written in pen. Replace the cover when torn or untidy.
  • Check the child’s school diary regularly and take teacher comments seriously. Each note from the teacher should be signed and acted upon.
  • Encourage children to communicate in Hindi or English.
  • Ensure children come to school in proper uniform and with properly polished shoes.
  • Send an application in advance if the child needs to be absent from school.
  • Teach children good etiquette and manners.
  • Encourage a sense of responsibility by assigning small tasks at home.
  • If you face serious issues with your child at home, consult the school; we may be able to help.
  • Take children out with family members at least once a month to help them understand their surroundings.
  • Consider the school as your own; any concerns regarding your child’s education should be brought to the class teacher or principal without hesitation.
  • Attend parent-teacher meetings as scheduled. Avoid visiting the school outside these meetings unless necessary.
  • Parents must not visit classrooms during school hours. Any items for the child should be handed over to the gate staff, who will ensure they reach the principal.
  • The school does not believe in corporal punishment. For disciplinary actions, notes will be sent to parents via the school diary. In extreme cases, fines may be imposed, and habitual misbehavior may lead to withdrawal from the school.
  • Ensure all personal belongings of the child bear their name, class, and section. The school is not responsible for lost items.
  • A minimum of 72 hours’ advance notice in writing is required for issuing any certificate. Certificates will only be issued during working hours after clearing all dues.
  • On a child’s birthday, token gifts like toffees, pencils, or erasers should be handed over to the gate staff. Only the class teacher is authorized to distribute them.
  • Parents should not give money to peons or ayahs. If necessary, insist on a receipt from the class teacher via the school diary.
  • Private tuition by school teachers is discouraged. Parents should not approach them for this purpose.
  • Do not insist on taking children home during school hours unless absolutely necessary. If their presence is required at home, they should remain there for the day.
  • In case of emergency, a child will only be allowed to leave with a person authorized in writing by the parents.
